Role: Senior AI Engineer (Generative AI & Deployment)

Location: Kochi- Infopark Phase-2

Duration: Permanent

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade Generative AI solutions. The role involves building scalable LLM and RAG-based systems, optimizing model performance, and implementing MLOps pipelines for reliable deployment in cloud environments.

Key Requirements

• 5–8 years of AI/ML engineering experience with strong Python skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, and frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Mandatory experience with Vector Databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server).
• Experience in LLM fine-tuning & optimization (LoRA, QLoRA, quantization INT4/INT8).
• Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines and AI system architecture.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Familiarity with inference frameworks (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, ONNX Runtime, TGI).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based applications and RAG pipelines.
• Build scalable AI systems integrating vector DBs, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Optimize model performance, inference speed, and cost efficiency.
• Implement CI/CD, monitoring, and scalable deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into SaaS products.
