What You’ll Do:- Architect & Build: Lead the development of AI models and LLM-powered agents specifically designed for complex payment workflows.
- Scale: Deploy and optimize RAG pipelines and fine-tuned models that can handle the precision required by global banking standards.
- Innovate: Work directly with the founding team to turn napkin sketches into scalable, AI-driven products.
- Own the Stack: From data engineering to MLOps, you’ll have a seat at the table for all major technical decisions.
What We’re Looking For:- Experience: 6+ years in Software Engineering, with 2+ years focused on deploying AI/ML models in production.
- The Tech: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Infrastructure: Proficiency with Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate), Cloud infra (AWS/Azure), and MLOps.
- Mindset: A builder who moves fast, values clean code, and understands that in a startup, done is better than perfect.
