Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Team Lead – AI Tools & Architecture with 7–8 years of overall technology experience and 3–4 years of hands-on experience in AI tools development and architecture. The candidate should be capable of leading AI product development, designing scalable AI systems, integrating open-source models, and guiding a technical team from proof-of-concept to production deployment.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
- Lead the development and architecture of AI-powered tools, platforms, and internal systems.
- Design scalable AI workflows using LLMs, open-source models, APIs, and automation pipelines.
- Work on AI model training, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and AI agent-based systems.
- Integrate open-source AI models into production-ready applications.
- Evaluate and select suitable AI models, tools, frameworks, and deployment approaches.
- Guide developers on AI architecture, implementation strategy, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to convert requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure performance, reliability, security, scalability, and cost optimization of AI systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, backend development, APIs, cloud deployment, and containers.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, LLM orchestration, and model deployment workflows.
- Good team leadership, communication, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
