🚀 We're Hiring - 12+ Openings | SAP AI Agent Engineers | Bangalore / Chennai
We are hiring on behalf of a reputed global MNC for its SAP AI Agent Team - building production-grade LLM applications, agentic workflows, and enterprise AI tooling. We have 12 open positions across Senior AI Engineer and AI Engineer levels. These are permanent positions with us, deployed on a long-term engagement with the client.

Role Description:
What you'll be working on across both levels:
🔸 Agentic AI orchestration - multi-step reasoning, ReAct / plan-and-execute, A2A delegation patterns
🔸 Building & owning MCP servers - tool schemas, capability discovery, reliability patterns
🔸 RAG pipelines - chunking, embedding, retrieval tuning, knowledge base ingestion & refresh
🔸 AI evaluation frameworks - LLM-as-judge, golden sets, regression suites, observability
🔸 Production-grade prompt engineering - layered prompts, guardrails, adversarial robustness, versioning
🔸 MLOps for AI - CI/CD with eval gates, cost/performance optimization, PII & secrets handling
🔹 Senior AI Engineer (10+ years software engineering | 2+ years building LLM apps in production)
Hands-on builder role - lead by doing, own the toughest technical problems on the Agent Skills Team.
🔹 AI Engineer (6+ years software engineering | 1+ years with LLMs/AI systems in production)
Build and integrate LLM applications, agent workflows, and RAG pipelines within a defined engineering framework.
Qualifications:
Senior AI Engineer:
✅ Production-grade Python | Agentic AI & agent frameworks | RAG pipeline implementation
✅ MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent tool-use protocol | AI evaluation & testing at scale
✅ Production-scale prompt engineering
AI Engineer:
✅ Python | REST API development | LLM API integration | Prompt engineering fundamentals
✅ RAG implementation | Agent framework experience (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent)
✅ Automated testing for AI outputs
Good to Have:
Senior AI Engineer:
➕ TypeScript, Neo4j/graph databases, SAP AI Core, financial services domain knowledge
AI Engineer:
➕ TypeScript, MCP, vector store/Neo4j experience, CI/CD, financial services domain knowledge
