About The Role
We are looking for a
Senior AI Developer with strong expertise in
LLMs, Generative AI, and AI Agents to design and build scalable AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will work on cutting-edge technologies, including
NLP, Deep Learning, and MLOps, to deliver high-performance AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and LLM-based solutions for complex business problems
- Build and optimize AI agents and Generative AI applications
- Develop and integrate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
- Create and manage REST APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks
- Develop scalable ML pipelines and deploy models using MLOps practices
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams
- Optimize model performance and ensure scalability, security, and reliability
- Contribute to AI solution architecture and innovation strategies
- Mentor junior team members and drive technical excellence
Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory)
- Experience with LLMs, AI Agents, and Generative AI
- Hands-on experience in NLP and Deep Learning models
- Knowledge of frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering
- Strong understanding of Data Science, Statistics, and Simulation
- Experience in API development (FastAPI/Flask)
- Knowledge of MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Cloud platforms)
- Familiarity with JavaScript / C++ (good to have)
Good to Have
- Experience with Hybrid AI models and optimization techniques (GA, PSO, etc.)
- Exposure to Automotive domain or simulation frameworks
- Experience in CoSimulation environments
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
- PhD in AI/ML/NLP (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience Required
- 5+ years in AI/ML or Data Science
- Hands-on experience in LLM development, NLP, or AI automation
- Experience in end-to-end AI solution development (from problem statement to deployment)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
