Role: Senior AI Developer

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior AI Developer to design, develop, and maintain intelligent application components supporting the Cornerstone Galaxy platform.
The role combines strong software engineering with AI-assisted development, automation, data processing, API integration, and platform engineering. The candidate should be comfortable using modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, MCP, and CLI tools as part of day-to-day engineering workflows.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain intelligent application components for the Cornerstone Galaxy platform.
- Use Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, MCP, and CLI tools for development, automation, code generation, refactoring, and engineering productivity.
- Build and support solutions using .NET, Python, and PySpark.
- Develop reusable utilities, scripts, services, and automation patterns.
- Build and integrate AI-assisted development workflows and developer tools.
- Work with structured and unstructured data for automation, enrichment, and workflow support.
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, integration developers, QA, and platform teams.
- Support API integration, service orchestration, and data movement across enterprise platforms.
- Ensure code quality, security, maintainability, and performance through testing and code reviews.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and environment promotion.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement durable fixes.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
Candidate Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Hands-on experience with PySpark for data processing or platform support.
- Practical day-to-day experience with Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, MCP, and CLI tools.
- Experience building reusable services, utilities, automation scripts, or platform components.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications.
- Strong understanding of secure coding, debugging, testing, and code optimization.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and recommend scalable solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
