DragonFlyTest is building next-gen AI-based CCTV video analytics and automation solutions. We are looking for a Senior AI / Computer Vision Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, real-time AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of advanced computer vision models for real-time video analytics
- Design and optimize AI/ML pipelines for detection, tracking, and behavior analysis
- Architect scalable solutions for multi-camera, high-performance systems
- Deploy and optimize models on GPU / Edge devices (Jetson, CUDA, TensorRT)
- Drive model performance, accuracy, and latency improvements
- Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices
- Collaborate with product, backend, and DevOps teams
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, and Deep Learning
- Hands-on experience with Computer Vision (OpenCV)
- Proficiency in PyTorch / TensorFlow
- Experience with object detection (YOLO, Faster R-CNN, etc.)
- Strong understanding of model training, evaluation, and optimization
- Experience with real-time video processing systems
Good to Have
- Experience in CCTV / surveillance analytics
- Knowledge of edge AI (NVIDIA Jetson, TensorRT, ONNX)
- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
