Job Description
Job Title: Senior - AI Chatbot Tester

Candidate must have 5–8 years of experience in AI & Chatbot testing, functional validation, and quality assurance
Job Description
- Architect the test design and test plan specifically tailored for AI and chatbot testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage across scenarios.
- Hands-on experience in testing conversational AI systems, including NLP model behavior intent recognition, and response validation.
- Lead AI and chatbot testing efforts for Microsoft Copilot Chat across various access points (Teams, Outlook, Web, and Mobile).
- Define and implement a functional testing approach focusing on response accuracy, contextual relevance, and accessibility.
- Conduct manual and exploratory testing to validate Copilot’s AI-driven interactions, ensuring consistency and usability.
- Identify areas for automation of regression and accuracy validation and collaborate with automation teams to implement solutions
