About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for our AI initiatives, with a strong emphasis on leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure AI architectures that drive innovation and deliver tangible value.
What You'll Do:
- Architect, design, and oversee the development of enterprise-level AI/ML solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in AI engineering.
- Deeply understand and expertly utilize a wide range of Microsoft AI services and applications, including Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform, to build highly effective solutions.
- Evaluate new and emerging AI technologies, tools, and platforms, making recommendations for their adoption to enhance our capabilities.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of all AI systems and integrations.
- Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to translate models into production-ready applications.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and guidelines for AI solution development and deployment.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide expert advice on complex technical challenges.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and engineers, sharing knowledge and promoting continuous learning.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML architecture, design, and implementation, with a proven track record of delivering successful enterprise-grade solutions.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure AI services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Databricks), Power Platform, and other relevant Microsoft technologies.
- Profound understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, data science methodologies, and MLOps practices.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Solid grasp of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, data warehousing, and data governance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically about complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
