About the Role
Metasage Alliance Consulting Expert LLP is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior AI & Robotics Trainer to lead the delivery of advanced STEM education programs across partner schools. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy mentoring students, training educators, developing innovative learning experiences, and implementing cutting-edge technologies in K–12 education.
As a Senior Trainer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering hands-on learning experiences in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, IoT, Embedded Systems, Coding, and Emerging Technologies while supporting school innovation initiatives and mentoring future innovators.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Deliver engaging, hands-on STEM, AI, and Robotics sessions for students from Grades 1–12.
✅ Train students in:
● Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
● Robotics & Automation
● Embedded Systems (Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi)
● Internet of Things (IoT)
● Python Programming & Coding
● Electronics & Circuit Design
● Computer Vision & AI Applications
● 3D Design & 3D Printing
● Drone Technology Fundamentals
● Design Thinking & Innovation
✅ Mentor students for:
● CBSE Innovation Programs
● ATL (Atal Tinkering Labs)
● Robotics Competitions
● Science Exhibitions
● Hackathons
● National & International STEM Challenges
✅ Design lesson plans, training modules, practical activities, assessments, and project documentation.
✅ Manage STEM & AI laboratories, including equipment maintenance, inventory, safety, and resource planning.
✅ Conduct teacher training programs and capacity-building workshops for school faculty.
✅ Guide students in developing innovative projects, prototypes, research initiatives, and patent-oriented solutions.
✅ Support curriculum development aligned with NEP 2020, CBSE competency-based education, and emerging industry trends.
✅ Coordinate with school management, academic coordinators, and internal project teams to ensure smooth program execution.
✅ Travel to partner schools for implementation, training, workshops, and events whenever required.
Required Skills
● Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, IoT, and Embedded Systems
● Hands-on experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32/ESP8266, sensors, actuators, and robotics platforms
● Good understanding of Python programming and AI tools
● Experience with Computer Vision and basic Machine Learning concepts
● Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
● Ability to mentor students through project-based learning
● Excellent problem-solving and innovation mindset
● Experience managing STEM labs and educational equipment
● Comfortable working independently as well as within cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Mechatronics, or a related field
● 3–6 years of experience in STEM education, Robotics, AI, or technical training
● Experience working with CBSE, ICSE, or international schools is preferred
● Experience conducting teacher training programs is an added advantage
● Exposure to innovation ecosystems, startup mentoring, patents, or product development is a plus
