Job Description: Senior AI Agent Builders (Python / GenAI)

Role Overview
1. Marketing & Sales AI Agent Builde
- rFocus: Automating complex marketing and sales funnels
- .Key Tasks: Building agents for autonomous lead scoring, hyper-personalized email/outreach sequencing, context-aware customer interaction, market trend analysis, and automated marketing content generation pipelines
.2. Finance AI Agent Builde
- rFocus: Intelligent financial analysis, auditing, and reporting
- .Key Tasks: Developing agents capable of multi-step financial data extraction, automated auditing against compliance frameworks, real-time fraud detection patterns, and autonomous variance analysis of financial statements
.3. Legal AI Agent Builde
- rFocus: Deep contract intelligence and compliance workflows
- .Key Tasks: Engineering advanced RAG pipelines and agents for automated contract analysis, contract drafting assistance, regulatory compliance monitoring, risk identification, and semantic legal research
.Key Responsibilitie
- sArchitect & Code: Build, scale, and maintain robust Agentic and Generative AI applications using Python
- .Agentic Orchestration: Design complex multi-agent systems, stateful workflows, self-correction loops, and tool-use mechanisms
- .Data Integration: Seamlessly connect AI agents with enterprise data pipelines, specific vector databases, and domain APIs (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, Legal databases)
- .Evaluation & Optimization: Fine-tune prompts, optimize context windows, implement AI guardrails, and continuously benchmark agents for latency, accuracy, and API cost efficiency
