Role Description
The Senior Agentic AI Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying agentic AI systems to support and enhance immigration consulting workflows, including client assessment, document analysis, and process automation. Day-to-day tasks include building and optimizing AI models, integrating natural language interfaces, implementing pattern recognition solutions, and collaborating with consultants to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. The Senior Agentic AI Developer will also review and maintain production-grade software, ensure data security and compliance, mentor junior developers, and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, with experience in building scalable, secure applications.
- Hands-on expertise in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition for designing and training advanced AI models.
- Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for developing conversational agents, document understanding, and information extraction.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (such as Python, Java, or C++), AI/ML frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch), and API integration.
- Experience architecting and deploying agentic or autonomous AI systems in production environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders, and commitment to ethical and compliant AI practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Prior experience in regulated or process-heavy domains (e.g., finance, legal, immigration) is an advantage.
