Role Description
The Senior Agency Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The role involves managing and driving sales through the agency channel, building and nurturing a high-performing team of agents, and achieving set sales targets. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and motivating agents; conducting regular performance reviews; and implementing strategies to strengthen the agency network. The Senior Agency Manager will collaborate closely with the leadership team to align strategies and ensure business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships.
- Experience in team management, with skills in recruiting, mentoring, and motivating sales agents.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Analytical mindset with skills in strategic planning and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of health insurance products and markets is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work in an on-site role and align with organizational objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the health insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage.
