Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Senior Agency Manager at ManipalCigna Health Insurance. The Senior Agency Manager will oversee business development through a team of agents, supervise agent recruitment and training, and work closely with them to achieve sales targets. The role involves strategic planning, building relationships with clients, tracking sales performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The individual will also mentor and support their team to maximize effectiveness and excellence in the market.
