Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Agency Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Senior Agency Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through managing and mentoring agency channels, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting business targets. The role involves fostering relationships with channel partners, training agents to enhance productivity, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and tailor-made health insurance solutions.

• Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills
• Experience in team management, mentoring, and agency network handling
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and achieve performance targets
• Proven ability to lead and motivate partners to achieve individual and team goals
• Proficiency in understanding health insurance products and industry trends is a plus
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in insurance or financial services domain is desirable
