Role Description
The full-time Senior Agency Manager will be responsible for driving business development through effective leadership and management of a team of Agency Partners. Core responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring Agency Partners to achieve sales targets, developing distribution channels, and implementing strategic business plans. You will also monitor performance, identify areas of improvement, and provide actionable feedback to enhance productivity. This is an on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales management skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Proficiency in team recruitment, training, and mentorship to drive team performance.
- Experience in strategic planning and developing effective distribution channels in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry preferred; knowledge of life insurance products is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
