Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nayagarh as a Senior Agency Manager. The role involves managing and developing a team of insurance advisors to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training advisors, guiding their professional development, setting and monitoring sales goals, and driving efforts to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. The Senior Agency Manager will also proactively identify business opportunities and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills to effectively drive business growth and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership, Team Management, and Coaching abilities for recruiting, training, and guiding advisors to achieve their goals.
  • Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving skills to identify opportunities, set priorities, and address challenges effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial products, insurance industry standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Ability to work on-site in Nayagarh and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is highly preferred.
