Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Affiliate Manager, based in Mumbai. The Senior Affiliate Manager will oversee end-to-end affiliate program management, building and nurturing relationships with partners and affiliates. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing affiliate strategies, analyzing performance data, optimizing campaigns for better ROI, and identifying partnership opportunities. The role also involves coordinating with marketing teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals and handling negotiations to secure beneficial terms with affiliates.
Qualifications
- Expertise in affiliate program management, partnerships, and affiliate network operations
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to track campaign performance and ROI
- Skills in negotiation, relationship building, and collaboration with partners
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies, performance marketing, and lead generation
- Ability to create and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with affiliate marketing tools and performance tracking software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in affiliate management, particularly within digital or financial services, is advantageous
