Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Advocate specializing in redevelopment projects, based in Pune. The Senior Advocate will oversee the legal aspects of redevelopment, including drafting and reviewing agreements, providing legal advice, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and managing disputes. The role also involves collaboration with key stakeholders, coordination with government authorities, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines throughout the redevelopment process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Legal Drafting, Documentation, and Agreements related to redevelopment projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate and Property Laws, RERA regulations, and local municipal rules
- Skills in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Stakeholder Management
- Proficient in Case Research, Contract Law, and Compliance Practices
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to handle complex legal documentation under tight deadlines
- LLB or equivalent degree; additional certifications in property law or real estate law are advantageous
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in legal roles, preferably within real estate or redevelopment projects
