Job Title: Senior Consultant – Adobe Target
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Target Senior Consultant to lead personalization, A/B testing, and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Target implementation, audience segmentation, experimentation, and digital marketing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Target solutions.
- Implement and configure Adobe Target activities using Form-Based and Visual Experience Composer (VEC).
- Create audience segments and targeted experiences leveraging Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Analytics, and Customer Journey Analytics.
- Partner with business, product, analytics, and development teams to drive optimization strategies.
- Analyze test results, generate insights, and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
- Ensure compliance with tagging and implementation best practices using Adobe Launch/Tags.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of A/B Testing, MVT, Personalization, and Optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and AEP.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
- Experience with audience management and customer journey orchestration.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe Certified Professional/Expert – Adobe Target.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.
- Knowledge of eCommerce and digital marketing platforms.
Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Adobe Target and Digital Optimization.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
