Role Description
The Senior Admissions Counselor will manage the end-to-end admissions process for prospective students, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Key responsibilities include guiding applicants through program selection, providing personalized counseling, addressing inquiries, and conducting admission interviews. The counselor will also actively engage in outreach activities, maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and academic advisors, and support the onboarding of new students. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students, parents, and stakeholders.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to provide a supportive and seamless admissions experience.
- Sales aptitude to guide prospective students and meet admission goals.
- Familiarity with the Education sector and understanding of student support processes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred but not required.
- Experience in college admissions, student counseling, or related fields is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi. Additional languages are a plus.
