Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor based in Patna. Responsibilities include providing guidance and support to prospective students regarding the admissions process, managing relationships with potential candidates, and helping them make informed decisions about their education. The role also includes conducting counseling sessions, addressing inquiries, and contributing to the overall admissions strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to build trust and rapport with prospective students
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales skills to effectively address inquiries and meet enrollment targets
- Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic and professional goals
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; a background in education or admissions is a plus
- Prior experience in a counseling or admissions role is highly desirable
