𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼
• Counsel international learners on upGrad KnowledgeHut's portfolio of 500+ industry certifications and bootcamps — PMP®, CSM®, SAFe®, AWS, Microsoft Azure, ITIL®, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Applied Agentic AI and more
• Engage prospects across phone, email, chat, and social — guiding them from interest to enrolment
• Build a strong pipeline through references and disciplined CRM hygiene on 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗦𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱
• Own your weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and enrolment targets
• Handle objections, navigate price negotiations, and close with confidence
• Stay connected with learners until they're successfully onboarded
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿
• Excellent English communication — written and verbal with a confident, neutral accent
• Comfort selling to international audiences (US / UK / Canada )
• Comfortable making 120+ outbound calls a day
• Sales hunger — you chase numbers, not just close them
• Discipline with CRM tools, processes, and data
• Prior experience in inside sales, EdTech, or international BPO/voice processes is a strong plus

US Shift — 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
