Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor located in Noida. In this role, the Senior Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective learners, providing guidance on upGrad’s programs and matching candidates to the right educational opportunities. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end admissions process, building meaningful relationships with prospective learners, using consultative sales methods to meet enrollment targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals and leverage data for ongoing process improvements.
Qualifications
- Looking for high-performing sales professionals in edtech industry
- Candidates who are in and around Andheri East area.
- 1+ yrs in EdTech / B2C Sales
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective learners and stakeholders
- Customer Service expertise to deliver impactful and professional experiences for prospective learners
- Proficiency in Sales, with a focus on consultative approaches to achieve enrollment objectives
- Knowledge or experience in the education sector, with an understanding of academic programs
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to provide tailored recommendations to learners
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in admissions, sales, or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication & conversion skills
