Skillofy AI is looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Admissions Counselor to join our growing admissions team.
We are seeking professionals with strong experience in EdTech admissions, consultative sales, student counseling, and high-ticket enrollments who can guide learners toward the right career-focused programs.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual sessions
- Understand learner goals and recommend suitable programs
- Manage end-to-end admissions and enrollment process
- Handle objection resolution and conversion of leads
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up pipeline efficiently
- Mentor junior counselors and support team performance
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
🔹 Required Skills
- 3.5+ years of experience in EdTech admissions/sales/counseling
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Experience in lead conversion and student relationship management
- CRM knowledge (Zoho, Salesforce, LeadSquared, etc.)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
