Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing expert advice about academic programs, and assisting applicants in making well-informed enrollment decisions. The Senior Admissions Counselor will attend on-campus events, manage inquiries, help with student onboarding, and maintain high levels of customer service by responding to queries in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to build trust and rapport with potential students
- Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries and ensure positive applicant experiences
- Sales abilities to effectively present program offerings and engage prospective students
- Knowledge of the Education sector to provide informed guidance on academic and career options
- Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills
- Proactive work ethic with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented and dynamic work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field
