Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior JEE–NEET Counsellor based in Mumbai. The role involves guiding students and parents through course offerings, providing academic counseling for JEE and NEET preparation, and assisting in the enrollment process. The Senior Counsellor will also conduct student assessments, provide personalized study strategies, and support goal setting. Coordination with faculty and management to ensure a seamless academic experience for students is also a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of JEE and NEET examination patterns, requirements, and preparation strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to counsel students and engage with parents effectively
- Proficiency in analyzing student performance to provide tailored academic guidance and suggestions
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple student counseling sessions and administrative tasks
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field; having an educational background in science or counseling will be considered a strong advantage
- Prior experience in academic counseling or a similar role in the education sector is highly desirable
- Empathy, problem-solving skills, and a passion for guiding students toward academic success
