Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing detailed course and career guidance, responding to inquiries, and effectively communicating the value of Moople’s educational offerings. Additional responsibilities include fostering relationships with potential students, achieving enrollment targets, and collaborating with the marketing and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admission process.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service practices and client relations
• Proven expertise in Sales, particularly within the educational sector
• Experience in the Education field with an understanding of industry-specific dynamics
• Ability to effectively guide and mentor prospective students
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; education or business-related fields are preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under deadlines and meet enrollment targets
• Fluency in Bengali .
