Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Admissions Counselor role based in Pune Division. The Senior Admissions Counselor will manage the admissions process by guiding potential students, performing outreach to generate leads, maintaining effective communication throughout the admissions funnel, and providing exemplary customer service. The role also requires working collaboratively with the team to achieve enrollment targets and foster a positive experience for potential learners.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Customer Service skills with a focus on understanding and addressing student needs
- Proficiency in Sales with the ability to guide and convince potential students
- Familiarity with or experience in the Education sector
- Possess problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
- Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
