Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Senior Admission Counsellor to be the first point of contact for and prospective students. The ideal candidate will guiding and counselling students through the admission process.
Senior Admission Counselling
- Provide accurate information about courses, programs, and admission procedures
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding career options and courses
- Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and messages
- Maintain and update student inquiry databases (CRM or Excel)
- Assist in admission documentation and enrollment process
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in counselling, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (knowledge of local language is a plus)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
- Presentable personality and professional attitude
