Role Description
Masters' Union is seeking a dedicated Senior Admissions Counselor for an on-site, full-time role located in Gurugram. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process, addressing queries, and assessing applicants to ensure alignment with program requirements. The Senior Admissions Counselor will also engage in outreach activities, foster relationships with prospective students, and collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize the admissions pipeline.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales, with experience in engaging and guiding prospective clients or students through decision-making processes
- Solid understanding of the education sector and passion for supporting student development
- Self-motivation and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in admissions or related fields is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred
