Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The Senior Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students to provide information and guidance about the institution's programs, assess applicants' needs and backgrounds, assist them through the admissions process, and drive the enrollment process. The role involves maintaining communication with applicants, analyzing suitability for programs, and collaborating internally with different teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively interact with prospective students and internal teams.
- Customer Service and Sales abilities to provide support, address inquiries, and guide applicants through various steps of the admission process.
- Education domain knowledge or experience in counseling and understanding of academic program offerings.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; prior experience in admissions or counseling is an advantage.
