Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The Senior Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students, guiding them through the admission process and providing support to help them make informed decisions about joining the institution. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, responding to inquiries, assessing eligibility, delivering presentations, and maintaining relationships with applicants. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to execute recruitment strategies and meet enrollment targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service with the ability to provide supportive and informed guidance
- Background in Sales with the ability to engage and influence potential students
- Familiarity with Education-related contexts and a passion for guiding student success
- Goal-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, counseling, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in admissions counseling or a similar role is a strong advantage
