Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor based in Mumbai. The Senior Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide information and advice on educational opportunities, and ensure a high level of service to support students in their academic and career goals. In this role, the counselor will also collaborate with the sales and service teams to assist students in navigating through various education programs and related services.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with students and stakeholders
- Experience in Customer Service to provide a high level of support to potential and current students
- Proven skills in Sales to meet enrollment goals and promote education programs
- Background or experience within the Education sector is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and on-site environment
- Prior experience in admissions or counseling is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline is preferred
