Role Description
Provide personalized counselling to students regarding courses and career options
Handle inbound & outbound inquiries (calls, chats, emails)
Explain program details, admission process, and eligibility criteria clearly
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and applicants
Achieve monthly admission targets
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing
Qualifications
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proven sales and counselling skills (EdTech experience preferred)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good time management & multitasking ability
- Basic knowledge of higher education programs and universities
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
