Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Noida. As a Senior Admissions Counselor, you will provide personalized guidance to students, helping them explore educational options, choose suitable courses, and navigate the admission process. You will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, maintain communication with prospective students and their families, and offer consistent support throughout the application and admission stages. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members, meeting assigned enrollment targets, and staying updated on the latest educational programs and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication, with the ability to create meaningful connections.
- Customer Service experience, with a focus on addressing student needs and delivering top-tier support.
- Proven success in sales or consultative roles, particularly in high-value or education-related services.
- A background in Education or counseling is highly desirable, along with awareness of various academic programs and career pathways.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using technology for virtual communications and tracking student progress is a plus.
