Role Description
As a Senior Admissions Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding students through their higher education decision-making process. Your responsibilities will include conducting consultations, assisting with program selection, providing detailed information on available courses, and addressing student inquiries. You will also develop relationships with prospective students, offer advice on career pathways, and facilitate the admissions process. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication to effectively engage with and guide students
- Experience in Customer Service and Sales, with an ability to build trustworthy relationships and provide solutions
- Background or knowledge in the Education sector is highly preferred
- Proven ability to understand student needs and provide tailored guidance
- Proficiency in organizing and managing multiple admissions cases simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English; additional regional Indian languages are a plus
