Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The Senior Admissions Counselor will engage with students, provide personalized counseling, and guide them in selecting suitable educational paths. Key responsibilities include conducting consultations, managing end-to-end admissions processes, collaborating with universities, and offering ongoing support to students. The role requires fostering relationships, addressing student queries, and helping them achieve their academic and career goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Experience in Sales, specifically within educational or service sectors, with a focus on converting leads effectively
- Knowledge and understanding of the Education sector, including online programs and university admissions
- Passionate about student success and dedicated to providing reliable and honest guidance
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Proven ability to meet targets while maintaining superior service standards
