Job Title: Career Counselor & Admissions Specialist (ACCA)

🎯 Role Objective
To act as the first point of contact for aspiring finance professionals, guiding them through the ACCA qualification roadmap and converting inquiries into successful enrollments for our online coaching programs.
🗝️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Actively call and follow up with students/parents who have expressed interest via social media, website, or offline events.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct "Career Mapping" sessions to explain the ACCA journey, syllabus, and global job prospects.
- Exemption Analysis: Evaluate student transcripts (B.Com, CA-Inter, O/A Levels) to determine their eligibility for paper exemptions.
- Admission Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end enrollment process, from initial query to fee collection and portal onboarding.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a database of "warm" leads and perform regular follow-ups to hit monthly enrollment targets.
- Webinar Support: Assist in organizing and driving attendance for online demo classes and career webinars.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Commerce or Finance background is a massive plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to simplify complex professional jargon.
- Persuasion: A "closer" mindset. You should be comfortable handling objections regarding fees, exam difficulty, and time commitment.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools WhatsApp Business, and Zoom/Google Meet.
- ACCA Knowledge: (Preferred) Basic understanding of the ACCA levels (Applied Knowledge, Skills, and Strategic Professional).
