Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based at Kidzee Pre School Sec 130 in Noida. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting school tours, counseling prospective parents, and explaining the preschool’s curriculum, policies, and programs. The role involves maintaining accurate admission records, following up with leads, and supporting enrollment targets through effective communication and relationship-building. The Senior Admissions Counselor collaborates with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for children and families, and participates in events, orientations, and outreach activities to promote the preschool.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with parents, children, and staff.
- Customer Service and Sales abilities to handle inquiries, build trust, and support enrollment conversions.
- Understanding of Education principles, preferably in early childhood, to clearly present the preschool’s learning approach.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or front office roles in an educational setting is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and record-keeping tools.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Noida, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
