Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor located in Patna. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process. This involves providing information about our courses, addressing inquiries, supporting students in their decision-making, and assisting them in completing the admissions process. The role also includes identifying and engaging with potential students, organizing orientation sessions, and actively participating in events to promote the institution’s programs.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders
- Customer Service and Sales abilities, including building and maintaining positive relationships and converting inquiries into enrollments
- Familiarity with the Education sector and a strong understanding of academic and professional courses
- Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (a background in education or related fields is a plus)
- Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or sales is preferred
