Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor, located in Noida. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective parents and students through the admission process, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include managing admission forms, arranging campus tours, conducting counseling sessions, maintaining records, and building relationships with the community while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively interact with parents, students, and colleagues.
- Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales, with the ability to build trust and relationships.
- Background in Education, with knowledge or experience in the academic or early childhood education sector.
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in an academic or corporate environment.
