Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The Senior Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process by providing personalized consultations, assisting with program selection, and ensuring a smooth application process. The candidate will also be responsible for client relationship management, responding promptly to inquiries, and achieving enrollment targets. Collaboration with internal teams to improve services and contribute to strategic enrollment goals is a core part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to effectively engage with potential students and stakeholders.
- Experience in Customer Service and a student-focused approach to build relationships and provide tailored support during the admissions process.
- Proven proficiency in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed targeted enrollment goals through consultative selling techniques.
- Background or experience in Education or understanding of academic programs and admissions processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and timelines.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and admissions software is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
