Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Admissions Counselor for a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The Senior Admissions Counselor will consult with prospective students to identify their educational and career goals, provide guidance on suitable programs, and manage the end-to-end admissions process. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, resolving inquiries from potential students or their families, and driving enrollment growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Proficiency in delivering exceptional Customer Service and understanding client needs
- Experience in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Familiarity with the Education industry and related processes
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a goal-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; experience in admissions or counseling roles is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
