Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Admissions Counselor. The role involves managing prospective student inquiries, providing guidance about Hackify Cybertech’s programs, and assisting candidates through the admissions process. The counselor will engage with potential students, answer questions, evaluate applications, and collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to meet enrollment goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills for effectively interacting with prospective students and team members.
- Experience in Customer Service and Sales with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships and meet enrollment targets.
- Background in Education or training-oriented roles, with familiarity in academic processes being an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a remote working environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and other relevant admissions-related software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in meeting performance goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
