🔎 Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective learners through calls, video sessions, and follow-ups
- Understand candidates’ career goals and recommend suitable programs
- Explain program details including curriculum, duration, fees, and career outcomes
- Handle objections confidently and close enrollments
- Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled candidates
- Build strong rapport and provide excellent pre-sales experience
🎯 Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–3 years of experience in EdTech / Education Sales / Admission Counselling
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Graduation mandatory
