Role Description
As a Senior Admissions Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing consultations, and offering expert guidance regarding educational opportunities and program offerings. Key duties include engaging with potential candidates, assessing their needs, guiding them in selecting appropriate educational programs, and ensuring a seamless enrollment process. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet enrollment targets and provide exceptional customer support. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students and stakeholders.
- Customer Service and Sales expertise, with experience in delivering personalized experiences and driving conversions.
- Background in Education or familiarity with academic programs and enrollment processes is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other admissions tools is preferred.
