Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Senior Admissions Counselor to join our team in New Delhi. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process, assessing their needs, and recommending suitable courses. The counselor will manage inquiries, provide information about our programs, and support students with their enrollment journey. As this is an on-site role, the candidate will engage directly with prospective students and their families, fostering strong relationships to ensure a positive enrollment experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication Skills
- Proven Customer Service and Sales Experience
- Background in Education and a passion for guiding students
- Ability to build relationships and provide tailored guidance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Proficiency in at least one foreign language is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and office software is advantageous
