Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Coimbatore for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The Senior Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the enrollment process by providing information about FACE Prep’s programs, addressing inquiries, and coordinating admissions activities. Responsibilities include educating potential students on the program benefits, maintaining relationships with students to assist in their decision-making, and meeting enrollment targets. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with internal teams to align student engagement strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and support prospective students.
- Customer Service experience, demonstrating adequate problem-solving capabilities and responsiveness to needs.
- Sales abilities, including the capacity to persuade and guide students toward program enrollment.
- Background in Education or relevant counseling experience is highly valued.
- Proficiency in managing inquiries, maintaining records, and meeting targets.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the tech and education sectors or prior experience in admissions is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
