Role Description
As a full-time, on-site Senior Admissions Counselor based in Patna, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students and parents through the admissions process. Your responsibilities will include providing detailed information about our course offerings, addressing inquiries, conducting consultations with potential students, and maintaining effective communication to build relationships. You will also develop strategies to drive admissions growth, work collaboratively with other teams, and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the enrollment journey.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students and parents.
- Proficiency in customer service and a passion for building positive and lasting relationships.
- Experience in sales processes and the ability to guide prospective students through decision-making and enrollment.
- Background or interest in education, along with a commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Prior experience in educational counseling, admissions, or related roles is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
